Banyule Nillumbik Youth Jobs Hub
The Banyule Nillumbik Youth Jobs Hub is a free online employment platform connecting local young people with local employers across Banyule and Nillumbik. Developed by BNLLEN, the Hub helps bridge the gap between education and employment by making it easier for young people aged 15 and over (Year 9+) to find entry-level casual, part-time, apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities, while supporting employers to attract local young talent.
The Youth Jobs Hub is completely free for young people to join. Members can browse and apply for local jobs, create or upload their resume, receive job alerts, explore education and training opportunities, and access resources that build confidence and employability skills. The platform is also aligned with secondary school careers education, allowing students to develop job search skills and put them into practice with real employment opportunities.
For employers, the Youth Jobs Hub provides a simple and cost-effective way to recruit local staff. Registration is free, and employers can post unlimited job vacancies at no cost, access a pool of local young job seekers, and promote employment opportunities directly to the next generation of workers. By connecting businesses with motivated young people in the region, the Youth Jobs Hub strengthens the local workforce and supports positive employment outcomes for both employers and young people.
