Getting Here
Driving / Parking
We make shopping easy and convenient for you and your family with more than 2,700 FREE car parking spaces most of which are undercover and free for 4 hours (unless otherwise signed). Plus, parking for parents with prams, accessibility parking and electric vehicle parking.
By Train
Greensborough Train Station is located 950 metres from Greensborough Plaza on Para Road. For more information visit ptv.vic.gov.au
By Bus
The following transport lines have routes that stop at Main Street, Greensborough: 513, 517, 518 and 566. Also within walking distance are the 901, 902, 343, 385 and 281/293. For more information visit ptv.vic.gov.au
Taxi / Rideshare
For your convenience, the taxi rank for Greensborough Plaza is located at the Main Street entrance. Visitors may also book a taxi at the Customer Service Desk, located at Level 2, near Telstra.
By Bike
Bike racks are located on Level B & G of the Multideck Carpark. Each carpark level also has allocated motorbike parking spots.

Our friendly Customer Service staff are here to help. We can assist with everything from directions to stores and lost property to taxi bookings and mobility equipment. Find us on Level 2 near Telstra.
Mobility Equipment
To help you get around more comfortably, mobility equipment including wheelchairs and motorised scooters can be borrowed from Customer Service FREE of charge. Book ahead* by calling (03) 9435 4000 or visit our Customer Service Desk on Level 2, near Telstra.
Electric Vehicle Charging
As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, Type 1 Electric Vehicle Charging facilities are conveniently located on Level E & G. Before charging be sure to download the Chargefox Mobile App to your phone and carry an adaptor for type 2 vehicles.
Parents Rooms
Our Parents’ Rooms cater to parents with children of all ages, offering access to private feeding areas and amenities and baby change areas within a comfortable, clean environment. Parents’ Rooms are located on every level near the amenities.
Children’s Play Area
Children aged 0-5 year are invited to play on Level 2 near Toyworld and Level 3, in the Food Court. These facilities are free of charge and require parental supervision at all times.

Should you happen to misplace your belongings, please visit the Customer Service Desk where our staff will be on hand to assist or contact us.

We make gift giving easy with our Greensborough Plaza Gift Card. Redeemable at all stores where EFTPOS is available, recipients of the gift card can choose to shop for groceries, upgrade to the latest electronics, spoil themselves to a night out in our Dining & Entertainment Precinct or perhaps redecorate the home. Gift Cards are valid for a period of 3 years.
