Parking

Q: Is parking free?

A: We make shopping easy and convenient for you and your family with more than 2,700 FREE car parking spaces most of which are undercover and free for 4 hours (unless otherwise signed). Plus, parking for parents with prams, accessibility parking and electric vehicle charging is also available.

Gift Cards

Q: Where can I buy a Greensborough Plaza Gift Card?

A: We make gift giving easy with our Greensborough Plaza Gift Card. Redeemable at all stores where EFTPOS is available, recipients of the gift card can choose to shop for groceries, upgrade to the latest electronics, spoil themselves to a night out in our Dining & Entertainment Precinct or perhaps redecorate the home. Gift Cards are valid for a period of 3 years. You can purchase one online here or at the Customer Service Desk on Level 2, near Telstra

A: Our core hours are:
Mon: 9:00am to 5:30pm

Tue: 9:00am to 5:30pm

Wed: 9:00am to 5:30pm

Thu: 9:00am to 9:00pm

Fri: 9:00am to 9:00pm

Sat: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Sun: 10:00am to 5:00pm

Customer Service Desk

Q: Where is the Customer Service Desk located?

A: Our friendly Customer Service staff are here to help. We can assist with everything from directions to stores and lost property to taxi bookings, mobility equipment and public transport timetables. The desk is open:

Mon: 9:00am to 5:30pm

Tue: 9:00am to 5:30pm

Wed: 9:00am to 5:30pm

Thu: 9:00am to 9:00pm

Fri: 9:00am to 9:00pm

Sat: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Sun: 10:00am to 5:00pm

*Public Holidays  10:00am – 5:00pm

Mobility Equipment Hire

Q: Is mobility equipment for hire?

A: To help you get around more comfortably, mobility equipment including wheelchairs and motorised scooters can be borrowed from Customer Service FREE of charge. Book ahead by calling (03) 9435 4000 or visit our Customer Service Desk on Level 2, near Telstra.

Restrooms

Q: Where are the restrooms located?

A: The restroom facilities are conveniently located on every level.

Level 1: opposite Coles
Level 2: opposite Toyworld
Level 3: near Degani Café and in the Food Court

Parents’ Room

Q: Where are the Parents’ Rooms located?

A: Our Parents’ Rooms cater to parents with children of all ages, offering access to private feeding areas, amenities and baby change areas within a comfortable, clean environment. Parents’ Rooms are located:

Level 1: opposite Coles
Level 2: opposite Toyworld
Level 3: near Degani Café and in the Food Court

Kids Play Areas

Q: Are there any kids play areas at Greensborough Plaza?

A: Children aged 0-5 year are invited to play on Level 2 near Toyworld and Level 3, in the Food Court. These facilities are free of charge and require parental supervision at all times.

Q: Is Electric Vehicle charging available?

A: As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, Type 1 Electric Vehicle Charging facilities are conveniently located on Level E & G. Before charging be sure to download the Chargefox Mobile App to your phone and carry an adaptor for type 2 vehicles.

Lost Property

Q: I may have lost something while at Greensborough Plaza. Who do I contact?

A: If you think you may have lost something whilst at Greensborough Plaza you can report this at the Customer Service Desk, located on Level 2 or phone (03) 9435 4000. If you find something which someone else has lost, please bring this to the Customer Service Desk, or hand it to a Cleaner or Security Guard.
