Information & Customer Service

The friendly Information team are on hand daily to assist you with directions, store information, mobility equipment, lost property and gift card purchases.

The Customer Service Desk is located on Level 2 and open daily:

Monday - Wednesday 9.00am – 5.30pm

Thursday - Friday  9.00am – 9.00pm

Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm

Sunday 10.00am – 5.00pm

Centre Directory

Touch screen information boards are located on every level of  Greensborough Plaza to assist you in finding the location of your favourite stores. If you would prefer a printed store directory, please visit the Customer Service Desk for a brochure.

Children's Play Area

Greensborough Plaza offers two children's play areas which are available free of charge during core trading hours.  Parental supervision is required at all times. Our Kids on the Green precinct is located on Level 2 near Telstra, and features our dinosaur playground and interactive play walls. The Food Court Playground is located on Level 3 next to the Sandwich Chef. 

Parents Rooms

Greensborough Plaza offers three Parents rooms, and all have been awarded five stars by the Australian Breastfeeding Association. Our Parents Rooms have been provided for parents and guardians to take care of their children while shopping at the centre. They are located on Level 3 in Tables on the Green and in the Food Court, and on Level 1 in the Fresh Food precinct. All of our Parents Rooms include private feeding areas, microwaves, change tables and child-friendly toilets.

The restroom facilities are conveniently located on every level.
Level 1: Near Coles
Level 2: Near Toyworld
Level 3: Near The Groove Train & KFC

Mobility Services Hire

To ensure your shopping experience is comfortable, Greensborough Plaza offers customers complimentary wheelchair and motorised scooter hire. Bookings can be made simply by calling the Customer Service Desk on 03 9435 4000 prior to your visit to ensure availability, especially during peak periods. Please note that the maximum hire time for motorised scooters is 3 hours.

Children's Mobility Services Hire

When visiting the centre with your children, we offer a number of services to make your shopping visit even easier including free stroller hire.  Please visit the Customer Service Desk on Level 2 and ask our friendly staff for more information.

Lost Property

If you think you may have lost something whilst at Greensborough Plaza you can report this at the Customer Service Desk, located on Level 2 or phone: (03) 9435 4000. If you find something which someone else has lost, please bring this to the Customer Service Desk, or hand it to a Cleaner or Security Guard.

Shopping Trolleys

Greensborough Plaza  shopping trolleys have been fitted with a sensor locking system to avoid street pollution in and around the Greensborough Community. If you plan to access the centre by foot, be sure you have an alternate method for carrying your shopping home.

Extended Trading
