COVID-19

As directed by the Victorian State Government, from 11.59pm Thursday 10 June, there are now easing of restrictions from the ‘Circuit-Breaker’ Lockdown and we welcome back all shoppers with a 25km radius of Greensborough Plaza.


CHECK IN REQUIRED
Victorian Government QR Code Service is compulsory for all supermarkets, retail, shopping centres and offices.
QR codes can be found on every entrance to the centre. Details on how to check in can be found here or ask a member of our Customer Service Team.  


WHAT'S OPEN

  • All retail is now permitted to open, with a density quotient of 1 person per 4 sqm
  • Restaurants and cafes are open for dine-in service with a density quotient of 1 person per 4 square metres and a maximum of 50 people per venue. There is a maximum on group bookings of 10 people.
  • Beauty and personal care services can open, with a density quotient of 1 per person per 4 square metres. Only services where the customer can wear a face mask throughout the service can resume.
  • HOYTS Cinemas and the Food Court can open with a seated capacity of 25 per cent and a density quotient of 1 person per 4 square metres up to a maximum of 50 people per venue.


WHAT'S CLOSED
Anytime Fitness is to remain closed until further easing of restrictions.


FACE MASKS 
Face Masks are required in all indoor and outdoor settings.
Available for purchase from Priceline, Chemist Warehouse, and many other stores.


TRAVEL RADIUS
The lockdown radius has now been extended to 25 kilometres.

Monday - Saturday         9:00am - 5:00pm

HEALTH AND SAFETY

As always, the health and safety of our customers and retailers is our highest priority and we continue to promote health and safety measures mandated by the Department of Health and Human Services. 

  • Mandatory wearing of facemasks in line with state government restrictions
  • Hand sanitisers throughout the centre at key entry and exit points
  • Increased cleaning and sanitisation of high touchpoints throughout the centre
  • Encouraging social distancing through signage, queuing systems and ground markers
  • Working with individual retailers to ensure there is 4 square metres of space per customer
